Exclusion, oppression, silence, resilience, and self-expression are deeply rooted in Leuven’s queer history. For years, the community sought a safe space, culminating in the Rainbow House of Leuven in 2008. But what was life really like before then? Join our walk to uncover one of the city’s lesser-known sides!
Starting Point:
Meet us at Mathieu de Layensplein. Spot the rainbow umbrella. Easily accessible by foot, bike, and public transport.
